We want you to love your Scentia fragrance. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using tracked shipping as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
For customers in the European Union, we provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different fragrance, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing.
For defective or damaged items, we will expedite an exchange without requiring you to place a new order.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
For international returns, please contact our support team for instructions. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees that may apply.
Please mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid additional customs charges.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
For quality concerns about a fragrance (such as unusual scent or appearance), please contact us and we will address the issue promptly.
